The busywork tax

Your techs didn’t sign up to reset passwords.

Every repeat request is a small tax on your techs’ day. One by one they look harmless. Added up, they are the billable hours lost to password resets, the tickets nobody sorted, and the onboarding forms still waiting for answers.

  • Resetting the same passwords for the same users, week after weekAutomated
  • Sorting every new ticket by hand to see what is urgentAutomated
  • Phoning around to book service visitsAutomated
  • Answering the same “how do I…” questions again and againAutomated
  • Chasing clients to finish their onboarding formsAutomated
  • Retyping details between the ticket, the calendar and billingAutomated

What the AI helpers do

Six jobs that quietly eat your techs’ week.

Each AI helper is built around the tools you already use, like your ticketing system, calendar and email, with a human check wherever you want one.

01

Password resets

A client locked out of their account gets help straight away, day or night. The helper checks who is asking, sends the reset link and logs it on the ticket, so no tech is pulled off billable work.

Example timeline

02

Ticket triage

New tickets are read, sorted and tagged the moment they arrive. Routine ones get an answer, and urgent ones go straight to a tech with the details already written up.

Example ticket queue

03

Appointment booking

Clients pick a time that fits your techs’ calendars, then get a confirmation, a prep note and reminders. Fewer no-shows and fewer scheduling calls.

Example week of service visits

04

Weekly ticket report

Which questions keep coming back, what the helpers solved and what your techs handled, sent every Monday at 8am in plain English.

Example weekly trend

05

Client questions

Everyday “how do I…” questions answered from your own notes. Anything urgent goes to a tech, and anything you want checked waits for your OK.

Example morning of questions

06

Onboarding forms

New-starter and new-client forms are filled in and checked as soon as they arrive, so account and equipment requests reach your techs complete.

How an engagement works

Four weeks from “we should automate that” to done.

A $1,000 setup, then $750 a month. One clear plan, a weekly check-in, and no new tool for your techs to learn.

  1. Week 01

    Audit and map

We sit with you for an hour, walk through a normal week of tickets, and agree which jobs your AI helpers take first and how much tech time each should save.

  2. Week 02

    Build

We connect your ticketing system, calendar, email and forms and build each AI helper, with your approval wherever a message goes to a client.

  3. Week 03

    Test side by side

The helpers run next to your techs. You compare results and we tune the wording and timing until it sounds like your firm.

  4. Week 04

    Launch and hand over

Everything goes live. You get a plain-English handbook, a short video for each helper, and monitoring that tells us if anything stops.

Questions

Straight answers.

Anything else, ask us in the audit. There is no sales pitch, just a look at your week.

No. The helpers work inside the tools you already use. You tell us how each job is done today, in your own words, and you get a plain-English handbook and short videos showing what each helper does.

Usually the ones you already use: email, calendars, ticketing software, website forms, spreadsheets and team chat. If a tool can send an email or has an integration, we can almost always work with it. We confirm this in the audit before you pay anything.

Only if you want it to. Most clients start in approval mode, where drafts wait for a one-tap OK. Once you trust the wording, you can let routine messages go out on their own and keep approval for anything unusual.

Every helper we build reports when it fails, so we usually know before you do. Fixes are part of the $750 monthly fee, with fixes within one business day.

You do. Everything is built inside accounts in your firm’s name, and the handbook explains how it all fits together. If you ever stop working with us, everything keeps running.

We ask for the least access each automation needs, work inside your own accounts, and do not keep copies of client data. We are happy to sign your confidentiality agreement before the audit.
